Info

When you act as a sender only, no receiving :

While creating the entities, in identifiers, a CTC has been created with typical identifier Siren_replyto.

When creating the integration in France (Peppol based), following is used.

command : POST v1/einvoices/registrations/{RegistrationID}/integrations

The registrationID contains the ID of the specific account, not your master account.

Extra info :

Identifier: "CTC" is required. Without it, only the company's other identifiers (SIREN, VAT, …) are registered; a CTC is never picked automatically.
DocTypes :
- Without DocTypes, the reply-to CTC is registered for MLR and CDAR.
- To choose, pass "DocTypes": "CDAR" or "DocTypes": "CDAR;MLR".
- Any other document type is refused.

What happens when the company sends

Received statuses are linked to the sent invoice and shown in its messages. A refusal or rejection marks the invoice as refused and shows the reason.

Errors

Error	Cause
CTCCanOnlyBeRegisteredOnPeppolThroughTheFrenchDirectory	The company's CTC does not end in _replyto. A normal CTC is only registered through the French Directory integration.
Invalid CTC	The part before _replyto is not the company's SIREN, the company has no SIREN, or it is not a French company.
The document type '…' is invalid.	A DocTypes value is unknown, or not MLR/CDAR for a reply-to CTC.
CustomerVatOrIdentifierIsIncorrect	The registration has no identifier of the requested type (here: no CTC was posted in step 1).
Peppol is already active for …	The reply-to CTC is already registered on Peppol, by us or by another access point.

Limitations

Existing registrations: identifiers can only be given when the registration is created. To add a reply-to CTC to an existing registration, contact support. Then do step 2.
Receiving later: if the company later moves its receiving to us, first deregister the reply-to CTC (deactivate the Peppol integration for it). The French Directory integration can only be activated while no CTC is registered on Peppol.
One CTC per registration: posting a reply-to CTC replaces any other CTC stored on the registration. This doesn't affect the company's line in the French Directory, which stays with the other platform.
