Create Entity FR

Creation of Plateforme Agréée related companies in France.

command example : For sandbox this is POST https://api.sandbox.billit.be/v1/einvoices/registrations

Below 2 types of examples:

You are a sender only, not in charge of receiving expenditure invoices. You will register a company with the CTC based on Siren with a replyto suffix.
You are sender and receiver : You will register a company with the CTC based on Siren without a replyto suffix (normal CTC).
